• AI-assisted descriptions: if you use "Organise with AI", the text you type is sent to an AI service to structure it into an enquiry. It is not used to build a profile of you.
• Language preference: your English/Arabic choice is saved in your own browser.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, used to protect the site against abuse and spam.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange and deliver transport services, and keep records of our communication with you. We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see it
